The Appeals Service (TAS)

Appeals Service`s online application provisioning citizens with the ability to lodge appeals electronically.

This Service covers 5 appeal types:

1. Appeal Form NOA1(SS) - to appeal against a decision made by the Department for Communities about your Social Security benefit

2. Appeal Form NOA1 (HMRC) - to appeal against a decision made by Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs about your Tax Credits, Child Benefit or Guardian's Allowance

3. Appeal Form NOA1 (CR) - to appeal a decision made by the Compensation Recovery Scheme, to recover social security benefits paid as a consequence of an accident, injury or disease.

4. Appeal Form NOA1 (CM) - to appeal a decision made by the Child Maintenance Service.

5. Appeal Form NOA1 (HSC) - to appeal against a decision made by the Compensation Recovery Scheme about the recovery of Health Service charges.
